finally in the mood to blog cos i’ve got a break frm emails!!! n i’m using a functional keyboard. ever since i started work, i think my english n eye for details, fail. there are too many gordons at my wrkplace.
kay arthur’s inspirational calendar frm CG is a great way to start the day… it’s like daily bread to sustain me till 6pm which seems so far far away…
poochie received Christ on 21st aug. yipee! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD my sis has been psychoing me to treat the whole family to the carousel. 52 bucks pax. her forte. my dad gave me my pocket money for the last time last wk :( my mum pushed back her resignation date…. again. n the things i’ve been up to the past few weeks or perhaps eons ago in no particular order:
1) mint musuem and hortpark
w sm n huda quite a while back… lots of catching up w huda. cos it has been ages since we met up the-one-with-the-maggie-mee-hair-who-likes-to-call-me-obakayamah. i still rmb my nickname for u kaes :) me likes the fact tt there’s a student discount at mint musuem, entrance tix too exp. too bad displays ain’t interactive enuff. pretty interesting toys there though. finally got to see the enid blyton golliwogs. weird teddy bears. n lotsa robots. then kpoh session at kfc.

random decision to go marina barrage w poochie. sour cream potato chips n bubble tea n we’re good to go. lotsa fun. met poochie’s fren there too… n i just wanna say tt the uncle selling push-cart ice cream sure does make lotsa moolah.

finally. the first time we planned on going, it rained. got free food n free drinks frm poochie’s fren who works there. nice! both us scaredy cats didnt dare to take the thrill rides. skipped all them. didn’t quite use our tix to the fullest…

missed a pic w kungfu panda cos my cam konked out on me :( tot shrek 4d was so-so. kept getting squirted w water. the creepie-crawlie spiders effect was a lil freaky. princess fiona looked real pretty n according to my sis, princess fiona frm USS in america looks the same. uncanny.
4) meet up w GP cher at sakae sushi for dinner on happy chers’ day.

yx the spy frm home affairs finally managed to make it for the meet-up. service at sakae was kinda messed up. got a couple of our orders wrong n a few of our orders were forgotten. guess we got the waiter pretty mixed up w our constant corrections over the orders for the diff kinds of soft shell crab sushi.
company was fun. updates n discussion over chris n ms ang/mrs low’s peeves over mispronunciation of words such as salmon and crepe. hahas. ms ang/mrs low is still pretty much the same except tt she has 2 lil cute, slp-trained kids. amazing! not to forget, debra n her beloved bra bag. more meet-ups pls!!!
